We’re a small but Spirit-filled community led by Pastor Joe Hayward, building on the foundation laid over 30 years ago by our founder, Dr. Wanda Green. Our Sunday gatherings are marked by deep worship, freedom in the Holy Spirit, healing, prophetic words, and heartfelt preaching from various ministers in the house. Whether you're new to faith, seeking healing, or just looking for a place where God is moving—this is “a church where everybody is somebody & Jesus is the center attraction.”
- What time is the service, and how long does it last? Our Sunday service runs from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We honor the Holy Spirit’s leading, so while we aim to end around 1 PM, we’re also open to the move of God in our gatherings.
- Where is the church located, and is there parking? We meet in a rented space within a business/industrial area in Gardena at 17800 South Main Street. Look for flags on the street marking our location! There’s plenty of parking available both on the street and in the adjacent lot.
- What is the worship experience like? Worship at New Visions is Spirit-led and deeply moving. Expect powerful praise, intimate worship, dancing, prayer, and prophecy as the Holy Spirit leads. Many experience the tangible presence of God during worship—it’s truly a time of refreshing.
- What happens during the message or sermon time? Rather than a single preacher, different ministers and members of the church share Spirit-inspired messages that connect to the journey God is taking this body on. The preaching often flows from what the Spirit is doing in worship and points us toward healing, freedom, and purpose.
- Do you offer anything for children? Yes! Children’s church is available on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Sundays during the main service. Kids get to enjoy age-appropriate teaching, fun, and spiritual growth in a safe environment.
- What should I wear? Come as you are. We’re a relaxed, welcoming church—some dress casually, others dress up. What matters most is your heart and your hunger for God.
- What’s different about the first Sunday of the month? On the first Sunday of each month, we set aside our regular service format and gather for a dedicated prayer service. It’s a time to seek God deeply and stand in the gap for others through intercession.
